Return Policy
What Can I Return?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
**Items must be in new condition (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way---please inspect the parts for fitment and/or flaws before installing). In the event of fitment, flaw or defects, pictures may be necessary to complete your request.
**For non-contiguous USA shipments (Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico), all sales are final and returns will not be accepted for any reason.
How To Return Product(s):
1. SUBMIT A REQUEST
Click "Return a Product" button below and fill out the form
2. RECEIVE RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Receive return authorization (RA) form with the exact return address and a shipping label (may take 24-72 hours); in most cases, we will pay for the return label, but some products may require the customer to pay for the shipping costs and/or a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us to check to see which products you can return without any additional fees.
3. SHIP IT BACK
Print and attach the provided shipping label as well as the RA form to the outside of the box
4. RECEIVE REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
Once the merchandise is received your refund would be issued within 48 hours or a replacement shipped
