SHIPPING POLICY
 
All orders are shipped as soon as they are completed.  We have many of our products in stock, and we will ship them as soon as the order is processed, which is often the same day or the next business day.  For custom painted products and products that we do not have in inventory, a short lead time may be required as we manufacture your product.  In these cases, be assured that, while it may take a few extra days, we are making sure that the product lives up to our quality standards.

We are located in Ohio, so FedEx Ground Delivery in the United States generally requires an additional 1-2 days to the Midwest, 2-3 days to the East Coast and the South and 3-5 days to the Western states.  These estimates do not include the amount of time it takes to fill your order.

Please note that selecting FedEx Next Day Air shipping does not necessarily guarantee that you will receive the product the next day.  Although we try to get orders out as quickly as possible, the availability of a product may prevent us from shipping your order that same day or the next business day.  If you are ordering a product as a gift (or if you have a definite date by which you need your order to arrive), please contact our Customer Service Department to check whether the item is in stock.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Please keep in mind that our shipping charges may not only include the cost of sending the product to your door, but they also cover the insurance and packaging of the product, as well as UPS surcharge for delivery to a residential address.

Please call us for shipping rates, since they are often too complex to calculate without specific information about the order.

Occasionally, a particular product will be placed on back order.  If this happens, we will attempt to contact you first by phone, then by E-mail.  You will have the option to wait for the product, cancel the order or substitute another item.
