do I make a purchase?
Ordering through Sportwing is fast, easy, and secure.
Here's how you make a purchase:

To
add a product to your shopping cart, simply click
the "ADD TO CART" button next to it:

You
will be taken to a list of the contents of your
shopping cart. At this point, you can either Continue
Shopping or Go to Order Form. If you want to buy
something else, click on the Continue Shopping
button. To finalize your purchase, click the Go
to Order Form box. (If you choose the Go to Order
Form option, skip to Step 4 below). |

When
you are finished shopping, click the Shopping
Cart button in the maroon bar at the top of the
page. You will be taken to a list of your shopping
cart's contents. Click the Go to Order Form button
to place your order. |

At
the Order Form page, you will be asked for your
shipping information, as well as payment information.
Simply follow the numbered steps on the order
form. |

Your
order is complete! You will see a "digital
receipt" for your transaction. Easy, isn't
it? |

Which Web browsers are supported?
To use all the features on the Sportwing site, including
secure online shopping, you must use a browser that
supports SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. The
site has been tested using both Microsoft Internet
Explorer and Netscape Navigator. We recommend using
IE 4.0 and above, or Netscape 3.0 and above (4.0 and
above strongly preferred). We recommend that you upgrade
your browser if you do not meet these suggestions.

Why
does it keep saying, "You will need a membership
to complete this purchase"?
There are two common reasons you will see this message:

Your
browser has cookies turned off. If you are using
Netscape or Internet Explorer, check your settings
to make sure that you have cookies enabled. (In
Netscape 4, check the Advanced area of the Preferences
menu. For Internet Explorer 4, refer to the Advanced
area of the Internet Options menu.)

Your
browser does not allow cookies. In this case,
we recommend that you upgrade your browser, as
discussed above. |

AOL
users experiencing difficulties
If you use many versions of AOL's Web browser, some
of Sportwing's menus may not work properly. In addition,
you may not be able to make a secure purchase. We
recommend that AOL users upgrade their software in
order to use a browser such as Microsoft Internet
Explorer or Netscape. Make sure that your browser
can support SSL (see the recommendations listed above
for more information).

About
Cookies
Cookies are tiny pieces of data that are placed on
your computer by websites. They can help sites perform
special functions, such as establishing shopping carts
for online ordering. Unless you have your browser
set to notify you of cookies, you won't even realize
that a website is giving you a cookie. A large number

Visitors
to the Sportwing site may have one or more cookies
given to them. These cookies are generated by the
web server in order to track traffic and other trends
on Sportwing’s site. They may also be used in
order to establish a shopping cart for AT&T SecureBuy.
The cookies sent by our web server do not contain
personal information about you.
However,
if you do not wish to receive cookies, your Web browser
can be set up to reject them. Note that if cookies
are rejected, you will have to establish a membership
with AT&T SecureBuy in order to use Sportwing’s
